How much space do you need for setup?

We require a 3m x 3m space for setup with a power outlet in close proximity.

Vinyl backdrop span is 2.5m width x 2.5m in height. 

Stand alone frames reach 2.1m in height and between 1.8m - 2.5m in width. Width is dependant on frame selection.

Please allow enough space for guests to move freely around the front of booth.

Do I need an attendant?

To create an outstanding memory of our service an assistant is required to ensure booth operations run seamlessly. Our LUXE assistant will be there to coordinate equipment, keep the area clean, safe and visually appealing. Most importantly we are there to encourage your guests to get behind the camera and have some fun!! 

Can you custom design to match my theme?

We offer custom designed print overlays to compliment your event and a selection of beautiful backdrops to chose from, however if you are aiming to bring a custom vision to life, we would be so glad to assist. Get in touch with us explaining your dream setup and we can coordinate to create just that! Working with our LUXE team and alongside cherished friends in the business, we are confident that we are the perfect fit for all, from the young to the young at heart. xx

What happens if I need to cancel or change my event date?

We get it plans can change and if they do we are happy to assist in rescheduling your date! We ask that any changes or cancellations to a confirmed booking please be made 60 days prior to your event date to avoid disappointment. 

My event is outside of the city centre, how far do you travel?

We service Melbourne CBD and surrounding radius of 30km free of charge however that does not mean we can’t still come to you! Travel fees do apply, if you are interested in more information about having us at your event complete the form on our home page to get in touch.
